I've been trying to finish "The Poet and the Serpent" but I'm stuck. I know what's supposed to happen, but I don't know how to make it happen.
Also, I've got two kittens playing around me, climbing on me, and just distracting me in general. It's so hard to stay focused on writing (or work of any kind) while surrounded by such cuteness. Instead of thinking about what's happening to my character, I keep thinking things like, "Aww, you're such a cute kitty!"
Note: This is an earlier post (from 2009). I deleted all the old posts, but I decided to keep this one, because it brings back pleasant memories of when the kittens were small.
