Describe a defining moment or series of events that has affected your life this year.
Losing my job affected my life both negatively and positively. I used to have work-related back pain, which went away after 3 months of rest. However, the negative effect--no income, falling further behind with the rent every month--is as bad as the positive effect was good, so it basically cancels out.
It was a huge change, both good and bad...I hope I will be able to get rid of the bad without losing the good along with it.
